nni has been working with organisational and community systems to support the marginalised voices into a central position and deconstruct power imbalance since 2013 . This was way before DEI and Belonging received the importance and relevance it has in organisational health today! We consider ourselves experts in the field and help systems to go beyond ‘ticking the boxes’ of DEI and have truthful transformational process that unlocks the exponential potential of diversity. In other words we do not only help companies to acknowledge and uncover the discontent and underlying cleavages, we help them to courageously create greater and safer spaces, to air, to express, to allow all voices to process and heal.
Ultimately we help to unlock human, relational and systemic potential beyond every company’s (well so far ;) original expectations.
