Global organisations Operating in developing countries and/or post-colonial countries

by Jonelle Naudé

There is a myriad of underlying narratives of inequality and injustice that live and play out in the different arenas of global organisations – whether it be by geographic location, by race, by culture, or other. Most companies are ill equipped to deal with these underlying grievances and emotions and rely on their company values or their company vision/mission alignment to be enough.

It is not enough. Not by far. The true capacity and potential of an organisation cannot be accessed when underlying power imbalance and biases are constantly perpetuated. It might look fine from the top down, but an underlying sense of injustice, inequality or ‘not feeling valued’ creates an energy that often unconsciously blocks and sabotages full commitment or alignment at the very least. By not having these feelings and voices known or legitimately expressed, the tremendous potential and capacity in diversity (the whole system) cannot be accessed nor leveraged. By allowing these feelings and thoughts to surface in safe and facilitated deep dialogue spaces, not only shifts and transforms the energy but it unlocks exponential potential and rewrites the narratives for individuals and their organisation.

We are experts in creating these unique transformative processes and journeys, and will help you drive deep systemic change within your global organisation towards a healthy and thriving international system.
