We call it the nniDialogue Tool.
Using ‘dialogue’ as the medium, we take the group/system through a deep transformative process. Allowing the marginalized systemic voices to come to the fore, shaking up power blocks, and unlocking stuck energy - the system takes a deep dive in a 2-4 hour process, and comes out the other side with deep insights, new awareness, tangible actions, commitments and accountability!

During the global pandemic of covid19 we took our nnidialogues and nniTraining online. We continue to do so whilst the world is experiencing different variants and waves of Covid-19. However we include in-person dialogues and training whenever we can and is safe to do so.
