The nniMethodology holds a built-in capacity for anonymity with the technology of ‘systemic voices’ (instead of talking from personal voices). However, volatile contexts may still prove too exposing for some to be physically present, heard or seen. In an attempt to create greater access to nniDialogue in spaces where it is needed most, we have developed the nniChat based application that employs the nniDialogue’s systemic voice technology in a text-based dialogue format designed for mobile phones.
The nniChat-App is a new delivery-vehicle for nniDialogues, following the same methodological process, the same powerful outcomes, but fully text-based ensuring total anonymity in the systemic-voice phase of the dialogue – illuminating voices of Youth and society below the surface of fear and intimidation. In addition, the nniChat-App, creates an online community for each dialogue group fostering community, belonging, shared accountability and peer-support.
