Large/Whole scale interventions
This is our flag ship offering. Each programme is individually designed for the specific breadth, depth and scope of your ideal intervention, your specific organisational setting and industry, your intended outcomes, and your budget (seriously, we can design something to fit any budget).
We take organisations through inclusive transformation journeys, based on the nniphilosophy and methodology. Our processes help all staff/stakeholders to engage, identify and work through issues and blockages, to discover new understanding and ways of relating, and to co-create alignment as ambassadors for their emerging culture. During such a programme new company values, behaviours and culture are birthed, or old ones re-ignited and expanded on in a meaningful way.
Large scale systemic change programs are designed to last from 3-36 months* depending on the size and breadth of the company and your transformation goals.
Small scale interventions
