Jonelle nniFacilitator-coach & Trainer (Head of nni)

Jonelle Naude´ is an international coach, trainer and change facilitator. She is founder and lead of the international nniDialogue Institute, an organisation that designs and facilitates systemic transformation processes, leadership development and training. She is also founder of the NPO nni Ignite, a movement that ignites and spreads transformational dialogue on community, national and global level.
Jonelle holds academic Masters degrees in Psychology and in Comparative Politics (Political Economy). She was the first South African to qualify as a Certified Professional Co-active Coach and train as an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach. She is a senior member of faculty of the Coaches Training Institute and still trains coaches and faculty internationally from beginner to master level. Jonelle enjoyes working with complexity, and empowering the first waves of change towards ever greater system awarness.
Karen nniFacilitator-coach & Trainer
Karen Verburgh has been with nni since 2013. She was trained in the very first nni Facilitator training. Currently she is a Facilitator/Coach (FC) for the nni Dialogue Institute (nniDI), and a Lead FC within nni Ignite. She is very passionate about the work and dedicates quite a bit of time to help spread the nni healing virus.
Karen started working as a Process and Learning Facilitator and Coach in 2000. She is passionate about creating a healthy society in which humans are aligned with nature and Source. She supports people to connect to Self, each other and purpose. She has been called an ‘energy powerhouse’. Her journey can be summed up as ‘being a vessel for change’.
Khanyi nniMentor
Khanyi Mthimunye has been in youth development for over 15 years. She has helped create and facilitate entrepreneurial and soft skills training for various NGOs. Her heart is in the healing consciousness of marginalised communities using creative strategies.
Khanyi has been involved with nni for 3 years and is part of the leadership for nni Ignite. She includes different process trainings to better reach citizen participation in her community engagement. When she is not facilitating you can find her writing poetry and blogging to better express her thoughts and emotions.
Lynn-Joy nniTrainer
Lynn-Joy Isaacs is passionate about development and consistently seeks approaches to improve practice in inclusive and creative ways. As a registered counsellor and practitioner with 12 years of hands-on involvement in the NGO sector, Lynn-Joy has a rich experience of growing organisations from the ground up and facilitating processes with stakeholders at various levels of society within the rural and urban spaces.
Starting her journey with nni in 2016 has allowed Lynn-Joy to bring deeper inquiry to facilitated processes, and to create enabling spaces that are conducive for marginalised voices to find expression in the wider system. As a facilitator-in-training, she believes that the nni methodology is a powerful vehicle to garner opportunities for transformation and healing.
Wiebke nniFacilitator-coach & Trainer
Before discovering the transformative power of coaching and systemic change facilitation, Wiebke Renner sang professionally in opera houses across Europe for more than 12 years. She now runs her own coaching practice and trains new coaches as a faculty member of CTI (The Co-Active Training Institute).
Wiebke’s passion for diversity and the energetic truths behind intellectual debate brought her to nni. She facilitates public nni dialogues since 2017 and holds several roles within nniDI and nniIgnite. She loves cats and swimming outdoors.
